How long can I get my orders at Things Remembered?

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, the order is placed by standard and Courier method. If your order is delayed, they will inform you immediately. Orders that involve personalization, including logos, signatures or graphics that need to be digitized, require additional time.

What are the shipping options?

They offer 4 convenient ways to ship your order online or by phone. Depending on the shipping method you choose, you can check the They ship to a Po box using standard delivery only. Orders shipped to a Po box will be through the USPS and shipping tracking will not be available. Posting to a post office box may delay the arrival of orders.

When do I need to place the order to receive it on the next working day?

You must place your order by 3pm Eastern Standard Time and select "Next Business Day" as your delivery method in order to receive your order on the next business day.

How do I place an international order?

• You can use www.thingsremembered.com/business to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. virgin islands and the United States military bases. Please allow 7 days extra shipping to these locations.

• They also deliver to other destinations outside the continental United States. Domestic customers can call 866.428.0475 toll-free. For customers outside the United States, please call +1-330-538-6302.

How do I keep track of my orders?

When your order leaves their fulfilment centre, they will send you an email with a link to the shipping company tracking website, which will include details of the status and location of your order. You must create an account before or during your order to access this information from their website. Just click My Account on any page to register.

How do I give gifts to people?

After selecting your shipping method at Step 2 (Step 4) in the checkout process, you will be asked to select your shipping address. If you want to send a gift or gift to a different address than the billing address, simply select the address available from your address book and use the drop down menu to the far right. To add a new address to your address book, click "Create New Address" and edit the existing address by clicking "Edit Address Book". Additions and changes will be immediately updated for use in your order.
