What to do if my parcels lost or damaged?
- In the unfortunate event your parcel has been lost or damaged by our delivery partners, please contact them for further investigation. They will submit a claim on your behalf to their delivery partner for the lost or damaged parcel.
- When the claim is accepted, you will be issued with a full refund including the delivery costs. Please note, a claim with their delivery partners can take up to 28 days, an immediate refund will not be issued.
- Their parcels are insured by their delivery partners but Maison Threads cannot be held responsible for parcels that have been lost/damaged in transit.
