Do they ship internationally?

• While they have a quick processing time and ship your order within 1-2 days of receiving it, sometimes tracking will not begin for several days. If your tracking number does not show any movement on your package, please be patient. Carriers will often be in possession of packages but not show updated tracking information, even though the package is indeed moving.

• On average, UPS Worldwide Economy takes 5-12 days and UPS Worldwide Expedited takes 2-5 days for packages to arrive at their final destination. HOWEVER, sometimes these services can have delays, and they have experienced on rare occasions it can take 8 weeks or longer, depending on your country and your customs office. 

• International customers may have to pay duty and/or VAT taxes upon receipt of the item. They will do their best to ensure that you do not incur duty, but they are not responsible for any taxation that you may incur.

• If you refuse an international shipment upon delivery, they are unable to refund you for the order.

What is about the shipping methods?

• Their standard shipping options are:

• Domestic orders = USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2 Day, or UPS Ground

• PO Boxes = USPS First Class or Priority

• International orders = UPS Worldwide Economy, Standard, or Expedited

• If you pay for a shipping upgrade, they will use that service.

Who will charge for return fee?

They reserve the right to decide if it will be either an exchange or a return that they can offer until they receive the item(s) being returned.  For exchanges and returns, they reserve the right to retain a restocking fee. The fee will be 10% of the item amount, withheld from the refund amount.
