How long will my tea blend stay fresh?
Your Tiesta Tea blend will stay fresh and hold its flavor and health benefits for about a year and a half when properly stored.
Make sure to keep your tea stored in a room temperature, dry environment that is not exposed to light.
They suggest to also store the tea in an area that is not exposed to additional heat or humidity.
I made a referral but didn't receive my referral bonus. When should I receive it?
In order for you to receive your referral bonus for providing a referral the person you referred must create an account and complete an order. Once the order is completed you should see your coupon awarded.
If you confirm the above and still don't see your bonus, please feel free to reach out to their customer service team.
Are your tea leaves treated with pesticides?
Their teas go through at least three different levels of testing before they are sold to you. Before the blending process, all tea ingredients are tested by the European Commission for Health and Consumer Protection for any harmful components.
After blending the ingredients together, their tea blends go through another series of tests to examine pesticide content and harmful chemicals to ensure that any trace amounts of pesticides, if any, are well below the regulations set by the USDA and EU.
Before packaging the teas for distribution, their teas go through one final test to ensure the safety and quality of the finished product.
I love your teas! Can you send me some samples?
As much as they would love to send free samples to everyone, we simply get too many requests to do so.
If they did that for everyone that asked, they wouldn't be able to keep the lights on! And working in the dark is hard.
Is your packaging precyclable?
Absolutely! For their tins, just pop out the plastic windows on the tin as well as the plastic ring on the inside of the lid and toss those in the trash. Now your tin is ready to be recycled!
For their sample, pouch and bulk tea bags, after you are done scooping all of the tea leaf goodness out of them, they are good to go in the recycle bin!
