What is their warranty policy like?

They warrant that if your Eligible Product is deemed defective due to component failure, workmanship or structural defect within the first three years of ownership, they will replace or repair your Eligible Product at their option free of charge, excluding those contained herein specific restrictions.

What is their shipping policy?

All standard shipping is curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped within the continental US. Unless otherwise stated, the massage chair will arrive unassembled in its original factory box. The trucking company will deliver the item to your driveway or entrance, and you will be responsible for entering it into your residence or business. Since the massage chair is heavy, you may need help from a friend or family member. With white glove delivery, the massage chair will be hand shipped to your destination and assembled. White glove delivery needs to add about 1-2 weeks to the standard delivery time. If you need this service, please choose the white glove shipping method.

How do returns and refunds work?

Please keep the original packaging for 30 days in case you change your mind. For any reason, any return, outbound and inbound shipping charges within 30 days of purchase will be paid by the customer. For all returned items, you must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) authorized by them. Customer will be responsible for original delivery and return shipping. Returned products must have all original packaging and be in new, resaleable condition. All massage chairs can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Their 30-day period for accepting returns starts from the product's delivery date. No returns after this 30-day window.
