Where do they ship?

As of now, they only ship to the continental United States. However, they have the best team of thinkers and planners working hard on how to expand to the rest of the world!

How does a monthly subscription work?

Once you sign up for a monthly plan, you will be billed on the first day of each month. For each month you choose to continue your subscription, you will get a new box. Going on vacation? Don't worry about delaying your next shipment, just do it before your next payment date. Log in to your account and go to the Account page. Under the Active Subscriptions tab, click the Show Details button on the subscription you want to pause. Select "Delay shipment by one month" and confirm in the pop-up window. This will only delay your subscription by one month and will automatically resume the following month. If you need a delay of more than one month, please email [email protected] and they can help you with this.

When will I be charged?

If you subscribe to their monthly plan, you will be billed once a month. Your first monthly charge will appear on the day of your purchase. For each subsequent month, you will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month. If you subscribe to their 3-month plan, you will pay once when you buy a 3-month boxed subscription. After receiving 3 boxes, your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of the next month. If you subscribe to their annual plan, you will pay once when you buy a 12-month box subscription. After receiving 12 boxes, your subscription will automatically renew on the 1st of the following month.

Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Annual subscriptions are pre-purchased, so there are no refunds or cancellations. However, you can remove auto-renewal on an annual plan.
