What will happen if the item is damaged?

Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item that clearly shows the damage, and email the photo to their Customer Care team ([email protected]). Please include a description of the damaged item, along with your Order Number. Once they receive your email and assess the damage, they will be in contact with you to determine the outcome.

What can I learn about the shipping policy?

• Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of their products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the United States. 

• They reserve the right to define which products may be delivered to your country. 

• Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery. 

• All purchases will be made in US dollars. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee. 

• The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.

What can I learn about the order status?

• Customers who have registered for an account with the Too Faced Theybsite are able to check the status of pending orders by visiting the Order Status page. Alternatively, you may email them or call customer service. 

• Once your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Theyb site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. 

• Please note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

How can I return an item?

• They recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as they are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. 

• Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable. On the next screen a label will be generated. 

• This must be printed and attached to your package. Note: Upon completion you will receive a ‘Return initiated’ confirmation via email. When the return is received and accepted at the designated return centre, a ‘Return Acknowledgement’ email will be sent, advising your refund status.
