What is the shipping policy?
Small, light items are being sent through normal postal service, so the delivery time depends on the postal service concerned.
They aim to dispatch your order with Deutsche Post within 1 business day so they can hand over your package to the delivery or mail service of your country.
PostNL aims to deliver your order within 1 day (Monday - Saturday, from 9 am to 9 pm*, with the exception of official holidays).
Some countries also deliver on Saturdays or delivery at next door neighbours.
What is the return policy?
Items are only eligible for a return if the following conditions are met:
Returned within 30 days after receipt;
Should have their original tags on and, if applicable, should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging;
Not showing any signs of being worn or being washed;
The hygiene strip must be kept in place (this applies to lingerie and swimwear);
Shoes must be returned without signs of wear and in the original shoe box; make sure the shoe box is not used directly as the postal box and that it has no tape, stickers or writing on it;
The parcel is sufficiently stamped.
