How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account, click the "Billing" link at the top of the page, and then the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the Billing page. This will take you through the cancellation process. All of your existing Virtual and Extension numbers will be immediately disconnected at the end of this process, and numbers are not able to be reconnected.

Do their numbers work with Craigslist, eBay and PayPal?

Their numbers work very well with Craigslist when including the phone numbers in classified ads or eBay auction listings. Their numbers do noy allow you to verify your new or existing Craigslist, eBay or PayPal account. In order to prevent fraudulent use of their service, they block calls from the Automated Account Authorization tools that Craigslist, eBay and PayPal use to verify accounts. They will not refund the cost of phone numbers added with the intention to use for this purpose.
