Does Triple F.A.T. Goose provide free domestic shipping?
Yes.
They offer free domestic outbound shipping via UPS (or similar) standard services. For domestic orders, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Please see below chart for shipping times.
They offer expedited shipping options for our customers who wish to receive their orders in a quicker timeframe. All goods ship out of their headquarters in New Jersey, USA.
Please note that any expedite shipping charges and signature confirmations are non-refundable.
Only next day air shipments are eligible for Saturday delivery. There is no delivery on Sunday.
What is Triple F.A.T. Goose Return Policy?
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or would like to try on a different style, size, or color; items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date (as noted by the shipping carrier). No returns or exchanges are allowed after 30 days. All items must be in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use or wear, and with original hang tags still affixed and untampered with.
Please note that shipping charges (including expedited shipping and signature confirmation) are non-refundable. For return shipping, they will provide a prepaid label via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on your location.

Can a gift card be used more than once?
Gift cards can be used as often as you would like provided that there is a balance remaining on the card. Please note that gift cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase.
How can I check my gift card balance?
If a virtual gift card is associated with a customer account, then the customer can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email.
For customers without accounts, please message them on chat or leave them a message and one of their representatives will get back to you shortly.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
It is not necessary to create an account to place an order. You may make a purchase on their site using the guest checkout option. However, setting up an account provides easy access to your order and quicker check-outs for future purchases.
