What is Troy Bilt Canada Return Policy?
You have up to 30 days from order shipment to request a return for your order. All returns must have a return authorization number (RA #).
Troy Bilt Canada cannot accept any returns without a RA # from thier Customer Service team. Troy Bilt Canada cannot accept returns for used parts, paint, labels, decals, lubricants, oil, fuel, batteries, electric switches or carburetors. Please note that returns outside of the 30-day window will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If you need to return a part or product that is defective, and Troy Bilt Canada asks you to ship it back to Troy Bilt Canada, Troy Bilt Canada will provide instructions on how to ship it to Troy Bilt Canada free of charge. At our discretion, Troy Bilt Canada may simply send a replacement part or product free of charge. At Troy Bilt Canada's discretion, Troy Bilt Canada may ship a new part to you instead, and shipping charges would also be covered.

All equipment sold will first be serviced under the appropriate warranty. Troy Bilt Canada cannot accept any returns that have not been authorized by Troy Bilt Canada's Customer Service team, prior to receipt. Please note that returns outside of the 30-day window will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless otherwise covered under warranty.
Troy-Bilt reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.
All returns are subject to inspection by Troy-Bilt personnel as to identify possible use, misuse, missing components, damage or abuse.
What is Troy Bilt Canada Shipping Policy?
Troy-Bilt offers flat rate shipping with free shipping for parts and accessory orders shipping by courier with a subtotal over $50. Orders for equipment heavier than courier weight limitations will ship LTL and are excluded from Troy Bilt Canada's standard flat rate shipping program. Courier shipping is delivered via Canada Post or Purolator. At this time, no expedited or express shipping options are available on troybilt.ca. Note that any discounts on your order may cause the subtotal to fall below a shipping charge threshold and cause additional shipping charges to be applied.
