How will my flowers be delivered?

Their flowers are shipped overnight for next-day delivery at the end of the day. Priority (morning - before 12 noon) delivery is available for an additional $5. They deliver from Tuesday to Saturday. Note that Saturday delivery is available in most but not all regions. Orders shipped on Saturday will incur an additional fee of $9. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional $20. They don't ship flowers or bulbs to PO boxes. Exceptions apply only to bulb orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

What is the cut flower guarantee?

They only ship the freshest flowers, all grown directly from their farms by their parent company. Using the highest standards in the industry, their state-of-the-art facility produces only the highest quality flowers for shipment across the United States. You won't find this quality and freshness unless you buy directly from the grower. They fully guarantee their quality products - if you are not satisfied with your flowers, they will refund or reship them in one go.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancelled BULB orders are subject to a $25 processing fee. Lamp orders cannot be cancelled after August 31st. Once an order for bulbs, flowers or gifts has been processed or shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

What is the bulb guarantee?

All of their bulbs are "top size," which means they are larger, more mature bulbs that produce larger, more spectacular blooms. All bulbs are inspected and hand-packed at the Skagit Valley facility in Tulip Field. When your bulbs are ready to plant, they will ship them to you. If you use proper care and the bulbs are not growing and producing normal flowers, they are happy to replace these bulbs on future orders or refund (one time) any items that do not meet your expectations.
