How long is processing time once an order is placed?

• Majority of the orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days excluding non-operational weekends. 

• However, they may need up to 3-4 business days depending upon season due to heavy order volumes. 

Can I use a P.O. box as my shipping address?

Unfortunately, they don't ship to PO boxes since FedEx does not deliver to boxes. Any returned packages from FedEx will be refunded once received at warehouse minus shipping fees. No exceptions will be made.

Do they offer 2nd Shipment on back-order & Pre-order items?

If you place an order containing Pre-Order products, the entire order will be held and shipped entirely until the indicated date. There are no 2nd shipments available. 

How do I return an item?

• Original sales receipt must accompany returns. They only accept returns for refunds within 15 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused conditions" if any items returned do not meet policy and are opened/have of use they will not be refunded. A 20% Restocking fee from merchandise total is applicable to all returns, no exceptions. 

• Please note any packages returned to shipper because of invalid addresses will only be refunded for subtotal AND return postage will be billed from total, shipping will not be refunded.

What if I receive defective merchandise? 

• To file a claim for defective merchandise please email them within 7 days of receiving your order to [email protected]. Please be sure to include your order number, detailed description of damages, approximate length/width affected and photographs of damage. 

• Once information is received they will process a claim for a replacement or refund within 24-48 hours. Any claims filed past 7 days will not be accepted.
