How about your shipping policy?

Please allow up to 2 working days, from the date of dispatch, for delivery of the products you have purchased on the turnbullandasser.co.uk website. Prior to delivery DPD will notify you of your one hour delivery slot, during this time your package will be delivered. If nobody is able to take delivery during this slot you are able to nominate an alternative day or delivery address should you wish. They are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. They are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

How to pay for my order?

By placing an order, you, the buyer, consent to payment being charged to your credit card account as provided. Title to the products will pass to you, the buyer, on payment in full of the price of the products. They will issue you with an electronic receipt to your email address once the transaction is completed and will send you a further email once the products have been dispatched.

What is the return policy?

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition within 60 days after receipt and with proof of purchase. Please note that customised and made to measure shirts are non-refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected. Goods must not have been worn (other than for the purpose of checking size) or washed. For hygiene reasons, boxer shorts may only be returned if unused and unopened in their original packaging. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.
