What can I learn about the products?

What is the refund policy?
All returns are subject to inspection. They will only accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any return requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be considered.
They will issue a full refund or exchange on goods returned to them within the 30-day window, provided they are in their original condition, unopened and unused, with the cellophane intact. Should a product be returned in any other condition than previously stated, their quality control team will assess it. If accepted, the value of the return will be based on the product's condition and will be provided as a store credit only.
What is the shipping policy?
They attempt to ship orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends, holidays, and holiday observance days.) Please note that during certain high volume times (promotions, holiday seasons, etc) it may take them an additional 24-48 hours (excluding weekends, holidays, and holiday observance days) to process and ship your order.
From there, Standard Shipping within the continental U.S can take up to 7 business days. Standard Shipping for non-continental U.S orders (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, and any International destination) can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Expedited Shipping can take anywhere from 2-4 business days (continental U.S only.).
What can I learn about the orders?
They do their best to fulfill orders in a timely manner, however, all transactions are subject to being canceled and refunded at their discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, import/export restrictions, carrier service limitations, etc.
In the event your order is canceled, a customer service representative will promptly contact you, via [email protected], to inform and assist you in placing a successful order.
They want to give you the best possible shopping experience and they know processing and transit time is a big part of that so they are constantly reviewing and updating their process to make it better and quicker in regards to getting orders shipped and delivered.
