How to cancel subscription?

• You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Subscription & Billing section found in your account Udacity Account Settings, then click Cancel on your active Nanodegree program.

• From there, you will be guided through some prompts in order to complete the cancellation. When your cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

• Post the end of your refund period, if you cancel your subscription from a Nanodegree program, single paid course, or executive program, you will continue to have full access to the classroom content until the end of the current period. 

Can I apply for the Financial Support Discount more than once?

• Please note that this article is only applicable to the Financial Support Discount that was launched on July 9, 2020.

• Their Financial Support Discount applications are limited to one time per user. 

• But don't worry! There will be more opportunities to enroll during a promo in the future! If you want to be notified of future promotions, they suggest subscribing to their marketing emails.

Will my subscription end if I graduate?

• When you complete and pass all project requirements before your next Billing Date, you will not be billed.

• At the end of your paid access period (from which you completed your graduation requirements), you will continue to have limited access to the program materials.

What is the refund policy for bundle offering purchase?

• For a Nanodegree program, single paid course, or Executive Program purchased with a bundled offering payment, upon completion of your purchase your 2-day refund period begins.  

• Following the 2-day refund period, there will be no further refunds, including no partial refunds for termination during the fixed, multi-month term, or during any monthly automatic subscription periods following the initial fixed, multi-month term.

• Please make sure you enroll for a term only if you are able to commit to the entire time frame. 

What if I miss the enrollment or classroom open date?

• As soon as you enroll in the program, you can get started! They advertise classroom start dates and project due dates as a general guideline for students, to provide you with some structure and guidance around the pace they see most successful students move through the program. 

• It also helps ensure you join a community of other students who start their learning journey around the same time as you. 

• You’ll still be able to access your content as soon as you purchase and complete your onboarding process. You just might be in a different group of students in your community channels.
