What is their return policy?

Once an order has been shipped, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original seal intact and with the original label attached. If the product has been used or opened, they will not be accepted for return due to the risk of contamination. What is their shipping policy?

They usually offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before midday (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) using Royal Mail 48 Packet (free delivery on orders over £40) or DPD 24 Hour (paid delivery upgrade). Same day delivery is subject to the volume of orders placed at the time of ordering. Goods dispatched via Royal Mail using the Tracked 24 delivery service (RM24 Tracked)usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
