Underclub Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed in the current month ship the first week of the following month. For example, orders placed between Jan 1-Jan 31 will ship by Feb 7.
They'll send tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped.
Ensure that your shipping address is updated in your account prior to renewals. Any RTS orders will incur a $5 reshipping fee for optional resend.
How much is shipping？
All subscription orders in the US ship for free; shipping charges for one-time pack orders and other one-time add-ons apply.
They do ship internationally, however international shipping charges apply (based on destination) and duty fees could occur which are dependent upon the country.
What if I haven't received my order?
If your order is listed as "Delivered" on the shipping carrier site, they first recommend that the intended receiver speak with the delivery agent or contact their local post office to locate the package.
If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact them by submitting a request below with your order details and situation.
Underclub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but(t) they do love to help out.
How do I change my shipping address?
Make sure you update address changes in your account so your Underclub has a good home to go to!
Address changes made after the 15th of the month will not take effect until the following month's shipment.
