What are their payment options?

They accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and PayPal. You may also place your order by printing their order form and mailing it to them with a check or money order enclosed. Please be aware that orders placed with personal checks require an additional two weeks to process. 

Where can I enter a coupon or promotional code?

Occasionally they offer coupon or promotional codes to their customers. To use one of these codes, please enter the code on the “Payment” page of their checkout process. If you place your order over the phone, please inform the customer service agent that you have a code. Only one coupon code may be used per order.

Are my items in stock?

If an item is not in stock it will indicate that on their web page. If you order an out-of-stock item, they will email you the expected ship date. There is never an extra charge for shipping of back-ordered items. After your order ships, you will be notified by email.

Will an Upbra bra work for me?

If you are able to take your hands and push your breasts together easily to create cleavage then the Upbra bra will work for you. And the hint is easily. If you have to significantly push your breasts together to try to achieve cleavage, then unfortunately, the Upbra bra/swim top will most likely not work for you.

What is their return policy?

They are confident that your Upbra bra will fit great and make you feel amazing, or they will make it right. 

• For domestic customers, they include a prepaid return label with your shipment. If you did not get one in your shipment, all you will need to do is fill out a return authorization form to receive your prepaid return label by email. The label will expire within 12 hours, so please print it once you receive it.

• For international customers, the customer is responsible for the return postage to send something back to them, but they cover the shipping cost to send out any exchanges.
