Can I choose a specific delivery time?

• They have 2- 4 hour windows in New York City and Washington, D. C. 

• To ensure that the work goes smoothly and that everyone's orders are delivered on time, they cannot promise more specific time in the selected delivery window.

• FedEx delivers mail from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. A certain area of residential address can be delivered on Saturday. 

• FedEx does not allow them to choose a more specific delivery window during this time.

How to track my order?

• For orders shipped via FedEx, you will be able to track your package using the tracking number and the link emailed to you in the Shipping Confirmation email.

• Shipping confirmations are sent after FedEx has scanned your package into their system. This usually happens the evening before your delivery date.

• During the holiday seasons when shipping volumes are higher, please expect delays in scan times and email updates. 

• If your package has only received the initial scan as shown in the Travel History section on the tracking page, please keep in mind that your package is still likely to arrive on time.

What if I received the damaged items?

•  If the Product arrives damaged (”Damaged Product”), Company will provide a replacement product if the original (damaged) product is returned by you and received by Company OR a photograph showing damage is received by Company within 3 days of original shipment date. 

• Provided that Company confirms that your Product was a Damaged Product and was returned in accordance with this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is that they will send a replacement Product. 

• If a replacement Product is issued, they cannot guarantee that the replacement Product will contain exactly the contents or will have the same theme as the originally provided Product.

How long does it take to process my refund?

• When their customer happiness team initiates a refund, our payment processor submits the refund to your bank immediately for processing. 

• Due to the processing time, which is different for each bank, you will then receive the funds from a refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated. 

• Note that holidays are not considered business days and can delay processing.

• Refunds may appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment will drop off of your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued. 

• Since there isn't a notification for this type of refund, the best way to determine whether the refund was processed is to go to your online account and review the charges made during the time period of the purchase.
