Do they offer free return?
They do not offer refunds for orders shipped late or sent to the wrong address due to customer error. They also do not offer refunds for damaged products. However, they are happy to replace them for free. They just ask for a photo of the damaged item so they can forward it to their featured artisan of the month.
How to cancel ther subscription?
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it. They will charge you from the credit card you used to create your monthly renewal subscription or as otherwise instructed by you. Your credit card will be charged on the 15th of each month and your box will be shipped the following month. The amount they charge your credit card depends on the box you choose. Continuing your registration with Carnivore Club, this amount will not change unless they notify you of any changes in advance.
