What is their return policy?

They want you to be satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in original condition within 14 business days of delivery for a refund. Please email your order number and the reason you want to return. The cost of shipping the product to you is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If the product has been opened after delivery, they cannot accept returns or refunds unless the product arrives defective/damaged.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and reviewed, they will send you an email notifying you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the agreed amount should appear on your bank statement within 5 business days. They will not offer a refund if the item is not defective and has been opened or used. In this case, they will notify you and will return such items to you within 28 days of being notified. If you request a refund but do not return such items to them within 14 working days of notifying them of your request, they will have the right to refuse to pay any refund.

What is their shipping policy?

They offer free delivery over £35! They ship within 24 hours on business days. Items shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges not included in the total cost of your order and Jecca Blac will not cover or reimburse these charges.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order and your item has not been shipped from the Jecca Blac warehouse, please contact [email protected]. They will only be able to give you a full refund if the item has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped from the warehouse, you must request a refund by returning it.
