Under what circumstances can I return the goods?

Due to the personalised nature of their products, they do not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when delivered. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

What should I do if I receive the damaged items?

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact them immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt - please do not hesitate to contact them to discuss options for your unique case and they will endeavour to help resolve any concerns you may have with maximum goodwill. SkinB5 will send you a postage paid return envelope if they request the return damaged or faulty goods for their inspection. Upon receipt of the returned defective or damaged product, they will dispatch your replacement items via standard delivery, at their expense. 

• To start a return, you can contact them at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, they'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What's about customs, taxes and duties of SkinB5?

Is my package tracked to ensure it arrives on time?

Their package will be sent via DHL Express service if the shipping address is outside of Australia.  On completing your order, they send you an email order receipt. They will also send you tracking and status update emails regularly from dispatch to delivery.

How long can I get my order?

• DHL Express:3-5 Business Days

• If you are not at home to receive the package, your local postal or DHL office will leave a collection card with you to collect your package.

• Sometimes Customs checks may delay delivery, depending on the country you live in, and they will have not control over this additional timeframe.
