What should I do with a refund?

All purchases come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee, with the exception of ammunition, books, firearms, crossbows, compound bows, arrows, mouth cannons, and gun or bow mounted scopes. After 7 days, the customer will need to apply to Customer Service for any type of return authorization, unfortunately returns will no longer be authorized 30 days after the sale has been received. If a manufacturer defect occurs after 30 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. If an item is returned or refunded, please allow up to 14 days for an exchange.

What are the conditions for returning items?

Due to the type of products they sell, all returns must be like new and must include all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, apparel hang tags and any accessories. Defective items may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the same model or an equivalent model from the manufacturer. Vance Outdoors is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising out of the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from them. They are only responsible for the monetary value of the commodity.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Although they ship all items, some items require additional shipping due to the size, weight or quantity ordered. Orders with Standard Shipping are expected to ship within 1-3 business days of placing the order. Select or Express Shipping orders placed after 4pm EST may not be processed until the next business day.

Do they accept orders from outside the US?

Additional shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii anywhere in the continental U.S. They do not currently offer shipping outside the US. Some restrictions may apply.
