When orders are shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours from the date of purchase; Monday-Friday, not including federal holidays. You may check the status of your order and view tracking at any time by logging into your Vape Royalty account.

Where they ship?

They ship within the Domestic United States, they do not ship internationally.

Some states have specific laws regarding the sale and shipment of their products. If you do not see your state in the drop down menu when placing your order, that means they have currently stopped shipping to your state pending review of your state’s regulations.

Will Calls/ In Store Pickups?

The thought of being able to pickup your order and start using what you ordered all in the same day is appealing, especially if you’re local. They know how much you want your stuff which is why they make every effort to ship your order in a timely matter, most of which are shipped within 24 business hours. But unfortunately, they are not setup for retail brick and mortar sales and offering this type of service with the volume of orders they ship daily would cause delays within their shipping department.

What payments do they accept?

Vape Royalty® currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Once an order is completed, their system will place an temporary authorization of your form of payment in the amount of your order total. Once your order ships the temporary authorization that was placed on your card when you placed your order will convert into a posted transaction.

How do I exchange or return a product?

• Most products can be exchanged within a specific amount of time as long as they are unused, unopened, and in new condition, exactly how they shipped it to you. 

• There are products that for sanitary or lawful reasons they cannot accept an exchange or return on regardless if they are in new condition which is why they encourage your to fully read the product descriptions they provide, carefully look at the product images, and contact them if you have any questions prior to placing your order.
