How can I return my order?
They accept returns or exchange within 30 days of purchase. When returning or exchanging items the following must be met:
within 30 days of purchase date
must be unopened and in original package
must show no sign of wear or damage
must email customer support for RMA# ([email protected])
must include receipt and RMA# in package
customer must ship products back securely and is responsible for fee (tracking number advise as we are not responsible if package isn’t delivered)
Do they ship internationally?
No, they don't. As of the moment they do not ship internationally. Please check back soon.
What about the shipping policy?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-72hrs. They try their best to ship out every order placed before 1pm est. (except on weekends) on the same day.
Vaperz Cloud is not open on weekends and most major holidays so your package will be shipped the next business day.
They ship all of their packages through USPS (United States Postal Service.)
