What shipping method does Vapor.com provide?
Vapor.com provides an express shipping method for customers. All orders delivered to any area within the state of Pennsylvania will be charged a 40% tax, excluding any additional state taxes. And if you place your order before 2PM EST, your order will be delivered the same day, or your order will be shipped the next business day. If you would like to get a faster anf guaranteed delivery, you can choose an upgraded shipping way during your checkout.
What is Return policy of Vapor.com?
If for any reason you are unsatified with your products purchased on vapor.com, you can return the items in the original and new condition for a full refund minus the shipping costs. While if you return the used products that have broken seals or have been opened, your first returned package won't be charged for any restocking costs. If you have multiple returned packages in the same year, you will be charged for a restocking fee of 40%. And you are responsible for the shipping costs. The refunds will be issued to the original form of your payment.
Can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you can contact their Customer Support team immediately at (877) 292-7660 and they will cancel your order as long as it hasn't been dipatched out. While if your order has been delivered, you can only receive it and return it back. And you will be liable for all shipping fees which will be deducted from your refunds.
