What to do if I received a damaged item?

• If you find obvious damage to the container or packing of your order, ask the driver to open the carton and check the goods with you. 

• If damage is found, reject the shipment and write "Rejected due to damage" on the invoice.

• Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with a description of the damage and contact the customer service team immediately.

• Please keep all original packing materials for 30 days for shipment in rare cases when you find damage or defect.

• If damage or defect is found after delivery, please contact the customer service center. 

What is the return policy?

• Most of Venue's retail partners and suppliers offer 30 days return policy. Nonrefundable exceptions are large TV’s, major appliances, furniture, and fitness equipment. 

• Please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished products.

• A 25% restocking charge will apply if product is damaged, missing parts, not in original package and not in prestine like new conditon.

What if the order I received was an incomplete one?

• Because VENUE has several retail/supplier partners, some orders may result in multiple separate shipments. 

• Your order may arrive as several shipments on different days. 

• Contact Venue support center at [email protected] if your products do not show up.

Can I make a change to my order?

• Please contact their customer support center at customercare @ venue.

• Please note that once the order is shipped it cannot be updated and VENUE will make every effort to contact our customer support center at customer care @ venue before shipping to fulfill your request.

Do I need to pay for sales tax at VENUE?

• Yes. Sales taxes are levied under federal and state law. 

• The sales tax amount shown in your package is an estimate. 

• Actual sales tax is calculated when the order is completed and displayed on the order summary and packing slip.
