What can I use as a form of payment?

They accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. They do not accept payment by Purchase Order or check.

What if a product is out of stock?

• When an item shows as out of stock, it means that item is currently unavailable for purchase.  As soon as the item becomes available, that designation will update.

• Also, occasionally products may become unavailable shortly after your order has been placed. When this happens, you will be notified via email and given the option to remove the item from your order, or to cancel the entire order. 

• After two weeks, if the out of stock item is still unavailable and you haven't removed the item from the order, your entire order will be canceled and they will issue you a refund.

There is a product I like, but it includes text/graphics I don't want. Can I change it?

They cannot modify or remove graphics on the artwork, or add or delete lines of text. They only offer products with images that are currently seen on the site.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• Their current creation for all orders is up to 2-3 business days to be produced.

• All orders are custom-made and shipped from Louisville, KY. After the items are produced they will ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority mail, which has an average of 3 shipping days.

What is the return policy?

Each Vintage Brand product is printed-on-demand just for you based on your selection at the time of order. They apologize if the item you received do not meet your satisfaction or are defective in any manner. They ask that you do not ship any items you received to their corporate or warehouse locations as they do not provide a return shipping label for your order.

How do I cancel my order?

Products purchased on Vintage Brand are custom made and designed just for you. Therefore, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Click on Help then Track Order link at the bottom left of the page to pull up your order. In the order details on the lower left, click Cancel This Order. You'll see the status of the order change to Cancelled. You may also contact them for help with cancelling your order.
