What is their shipping policy?

• Purple gray currently provides standard ground, 2 sky and overnight transportation options. The delivery time starts after your order is processed and leaves their warehouse. They strive to process and ship your order within 24 hours after receiving it, and within 48-72 hours during promotions or other high order volume periods. Orders received before 1:00 PM (Pacific time) from Monday to Friday will normally be processed on the same day. Orders received on weekends and major holidays will be processed on the next working day. They currently do not deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

• Please note that according to the air transport regulations, the United States Department of transportation considers that certain items of dangerous goods (such as pressurized spray cans, perfume and nail polish) can only be transported on the ground. • Violet ash is shipped to 50 addresses in the United States, excluding P.O. boxes. They have no international shipping yet. However, they welcome you to use a freight forwarder, but you must bear the risk. They do not support international returns, and you are responsible for all customs duties and customs fees. All orders to freight forwarders are final sales.

What is their return policy?

• They accept returns received within 30 days of the original purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product details page. Unused, undamaged and unopened items must be returned in their original product packaging. The original freight (if any) will not be refunded.
