How can I send a gift?

• They are able to send any case of wine on the site to anywhere in the United Kingdom with a message from you inside the box.

• Choose your wine as normal. Go to the Shopping Basket when you are done.

• You will see a drop-down box asking you whether you want to send your wine as a gift. Choose "Yes".

• During the shopping process, you will be asked where you want to send it (you can send it to any address you have added previously, or you can add a new address and recipient) and you will be asked what message you want included in the box.

I have a voucher - how do I use it?

• Vouchers cannot be used on any gift product order.

• You can redeem your voucher by going to the unique web address printed on your voucher.

• You will be asked for your voucher number and password.

• You should have a voucher number and a password. Type both of them into the boxes and press "Redeem now".

Can I use a voucher on special discounted case offers?

Some vouchers have restrictions on their use. Please see the terms and conditions of your voucher to see what restrictions apply.

How long can I get my orders?

• With their Named Day delivery service, they'll deliver WHEN you want!

• Their courier delivers Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. During the festive period their couriers may deliver up to 8pm.

• Orders placed after 4pm on Thursday and before 4pm on Saturday will be delivered on the following Monday.

• Orders placed after 4pm on Saturday and before 4pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.

• Saturday delivery is available on request. To arrange a Saturday delivery the order MUST be placed by phone. Call them and they'll place the order for you. Saturday deliveries are available between 7.30am and midday.

• Generally, they recommend allowing up to 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Due to the general vagaries of business (the odd out of stock wine, courier issues, blizzards, ducks crossing etc.) they can't guarantee 100% that every case will arrive the next day, but you can always be assured that it's well on its way.

Can I deliver to more than one address?

• Yes you can. If you've got more than one case of wine in your basket, you'll be able to tick the 'Deliver these items to multiple addresses' button on the checkout page. This will then display each of your purchases on separate lines, allowing you to select a delivery address for each particular case.

• All orders are charged at £7.99 per address. Orders over £150 going to the same address as well as gift orders are delivered for free, as usual.

Can Virgin Wine lower the price?

• Because they don't have those expensive shops they can guarantee great value.

• All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and may be per bottle or per case, as marked. The prices include Value Added Tax, unless otherwise specified.
