How much is shipping?

Free UK delivery on all orders (including liquid and whey protein). International shipping rates vary and will be displayed at checkout when you place your order. They cannot comment on any customs charges that may be imposed by the destination country, which will be borne by the client.

How long will my Vitabiotics order take?

The standard time frame for UK customers is 3 - 5 working days, however, this may vary depending on the time of year and/or special circumstances such as Black Friday week or around holidays and New Years. To check the status of your order, you can log into your account and click on the RM tracking number. Your confirmation email will also include the RM tracking link.

What is their return policy?

If they made a mistake with your order, or you received an order that is damaged or defective, you can return it to them within 14 days of receiving the unopened item (with any seals and shrink wrap intact), They will give a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: They only accept returns for defective opened items.
