What is the shipping policy?
For US orders, the shipping fee is $5-$7, and the international orders need $20-$25.

How long does it take to proces my exchange request?
Once they receive item back that you are exchanging, they will issue you a gift card number(via email) to purchase your correct size.
The normal shipping policy of 5-14 business days apply for all exchanges, so please measure yourselves according to the sizing charts and feel free to ask any questions if you need help so that they can try to avoid this long process.

Can I return a product?
No. They only accept exchanges. Only one exchange allowed for corset only. No exchanges on Butt Lifters or BRAS.
They must be notified of request for exchange within 24-48 hours from date of delivery.
If item is too small, please have someone help you put it on before notifying them.
You will then have 24-48 hours to return current item back to them and send them tracking information.
