How to use the discount code?

If you have one of their official discount codes, you'll see an option to enter the discount code if you click on the cart and then select "View Basket and Checkout" to use them. Please always refer to the terms and conditions associated with each WatchGecko discount code. Only one discount code is valid and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount code. The coupon code is only valid when placing an order and cannot be used after purchase.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Their team will carefully package and ship your order as quickly as possible. For UK delivery, you should expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. Delivery time for international orders is 7 to 21 days. They offer Express Tracked service for most countries for an additional fee, which usually takes 1-3 days and comes with a full tracking service. Orders sent within the UK usually take 1-2 business days to arrive after the shipping date. Sometimes they may take longer, so they ask customers to allow up to 10 working days.

Can I get a refund? How does it work?
