Does Watermans provide Free shipping?
Watermans provides free worldwide shipping just spend over £40. For UK orders below £40, you will be charged £2.95 postage. And the delivery will take 2-3 working days. For European orders below £40, you will be charged £6.95 postage. And the delivery will take 3-7 days. For US/CA orders under £40, you will be charged £6.95 postage. And the delivery will take 4-8 days.

Will Watermans refund my postage costs to return an item?

• They are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to their error.
• They will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again they recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• They will not refund postage costs to return any item due to reported damage or fault where no error was found in the testing process. Costs of posting the item back to you will depend on the item and will be communicated to you after the testing process has been completed.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

• Royal Mail will send you an email if its tracked as soon as your order is on the way, so that you can find out when it will arrive. Search emails for @royalmail.com.
