How are orders shipped?
They use USPS as their primary delivery agent. In most cases, orders shipped from their distribution centers will arrive in approximately 6-9 business days. They will process all non-personalized stock items within 2 business days of receiving your order. An additional 2 business days are allowed for orders containing personalized items. Use street addresses whenever possible; P.o. Boxes may be delayed.
Do they offer a delivery discount?
They offer free shipping on some items! Save money by looking for "Free shipping" on all eligible items. Shipping discount will be deducted automatically at checkout. Their freight is subtotal. Items eligible for the free shipping discount will be deducted from your overall merchandise subtotal at checkout when shipping costs are tabulated. For items that do not qualify for the free shipping discount, you only have to pay shipping and handling charges. Free shipping is limited to economy class.
What is the return/exchange policy?
All returns must be made within 45 days of the date of shipment. They scrutinize orders before shipping them; Upon receipt, please check your purchase and notify them of any damage. They will arrange for a replacement in time. If you are not satisfied with any of the non-personalised items, you can return the purchase for a refund of value. Freight will not be reimbursed. They will not accept return of personalized goods for reasons other than material or workmanship defects. They also can't offer refunds for their clearance items, but are happy to exchange your items for credits or replacements. If you receive damaged or incorrect personalised items, or if you have lost the item, please contact their customer service department.
