Can I return the product?

• Unfortunately, due to the highly intimate nature of their products, they are unable to accept returns once the packaging seal has been broken.

When will I receive my package?

• Online orders are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving the order. 

• Most orders will be delivered within 5 days after shipment; be aware that this can vary depending on region. You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your We-Vibe.

What is the shipping policy?

• WOW Tech USA Ltd. delivers within the USA.  WOW Tech USA Ltd. will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver any ordered product as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated. 

• However, you acknowledge and agree that WOW Tech USA Ltd. will not be held responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery.

• WOW Tech USA Ltd. offers free shipping throughout the Continental USA on orders over $30.00.

• All goods that are available in their warehouse, are placed after payment is made and shipped within 1-2 days of placing your order. 

• Of course, they always strive to keep all products in stock for you. It may happen that there will be shortages, and in such cases, they will contact you via e-mail.

How much does shipping cost for warranty claim?

• Complete the Warranty and RMA Request Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. They cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA number.

• When your request is successfully submitted, you will see a confirmation notice and a case number. Note that this case number is NOT your RMA number.

• Once they validate the information provided in the Warranty and RMA Request Form, you will receive an email with a unique RMA number and return instructions. This typically occurs within 3–5 business days.
