Can I return the item?

They accept unwashed, unworn, and labeled original packaging items within 15 days of the order delivery date. Once the item is received and inspected, they will issue a refund with less shipping. All barware, cups and hats are final sale due to hygiene issues. Clothing must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, animal hair and any other marks or stains. Once your return has been received and inspected, they will refund the original payment method (minus shipping). Worn, washed or damaged items will not be processed for refunds. It may take up to 10 days for refunds to be posted to your account. All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

How do they ship my package?

Free shipping over $75 is limited to domestic shipments within the U.S. and only applies when the subtotal reaches $75, before tax and shipping. They work with Route, a package protection and tracking solution. When you add checkout, you can easily file a claim for a lost, stolen or damaged package. If you are refused the route at checkout, you will need to file a claim with the appropriate mail service.
