Do they offer free return?
At West Elm, they take great pride in the quality of their merchandise. Most items are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the item's value. If you have any concerns about a defective or damaged item, please contact their customer service center immediately. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Before beginning the return process, please review their full return policy, including items that are not eligible for return.
How are gift cards shipped?
USPS Free Shipping, Standard Shipping (5-7 business days). Next day delivery for $12.00 - within 1 business day if ordered before 9am Monday-Friday.
What is their shipping policy?
Front door package delivery (eg, UPS, USPS) to your delivery address Pickup locally from a UPS access point. Choose UPS Access Point at checkout and never miss a delivery again. You will receive an email notification when your order arrives at the selected location, and you can then pick it up at your convenient time within 7 days. For an additional $26 per address, they can arrange next-day delivery to most destinations in the neighboring 48 states. They use Unlimited Flat Rate Shipping, and each shipping address can ship an unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items at a single flat rate.
How is the return method?
In-Store - You can return most non-furniture items to your local West Elm store for free.
West Elm Outlets do not accept returns of any kind.
Mailing - Mailed items can be returned by mail with a prepaid UPS label. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
Phone - Furniture and other non-mailed bulky items must be returned by contacting their Customer Service Center at 1.888.922.4119.
