How to cancel an item my entire order?
If your order has not yet been released to their warehouse for packing and shipping it may be canceled. Please call them at 1-800-397-9378 or email them to see if your order can be canceled.
Because they try to ensure a prompt delivery of every order, most orders are processed and released within 24 to 48 hours.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact them as soon as possible so they can catch it before it's released to the warehouse for shipping.
What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to them within 45 days of the original purchase date.
Products returned must come with a receipt, packing list or invoice, along with all original packaging materials and original condition.
Open software and recorded media are not returnable unless defective. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
All special orders and returned items that do not have original packing materials or are not in their original condition are subject to a 20% replenishment inventory fee.
Please allow a maximum of 2 weeks to process your return. Your refund will be processed in the same way as payment.
Will I obtain an order confirmation after placing an order?
Yes. When you place an order on their website, They will automatically send an email to confirm that they have received your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam or spam folder.
Orders sent to them by postal mail or fax will not automatically receive order confirmation unless requested on the order.
If you wish to confirm a mailed or faxed order, please clearly state in your communication that you are "confirming a previously placed order".
In the absence of this clarification, your order may be duplicated and you will be responsible for all shipping costs and the return of the goods.
