Can I exchange it?
If you need to exchange the item for a different size, color, etc., please contact them for an RMA. Once they receive your return (new, original packaging), they will send the new item. If you receive a damaged or defective product, they will replace it for you and they will cover two-way shipping. Please call them or email them to get an RMA. They will then email you a prepaid return label to return the damaged item to them. Once FedEx notifies them that the part has been shipped back to them, they can replace it immediately!
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders will ship via USPS or FedEx home delivery, and a tracking number will be provided when the package leaves their warehouse. All orders to AK/HI will be shipped via USPS and applicable shipping rates will be assessed at checkout. Complete bikes will be shipped in two separate boxes to comply with USPS regulations. Shipping times for these orders vary from 3 days to 3 weeks. A tracking number will be provided when the package leaves their warehouse.
What is the Hassle-Free Return Policy?
They accept returns for new products in their original packaging. If a product has been used or installed on a bike, they cannot take it back unless it is defective. Please contact them before sending any returns; they require an RMA to ensure accurate and efficient processing of your returns.
Do they have expedited shipping?
Expedited shipments may still take 1-3 business days to process. Once the tracking number is issued, you will receive an email notification and you can receive the package in 1-2 days, depending on the service. Expedited shipments are usually not delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
