What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Damaged, defective or missing items must be reported to Wholesale Chess within 30 days. If the item is damaged in transit, Wholesale Chess will file a claim for the damaged item with the carrier on your behalf and will send a replacement item with a return shipping label for the damaged item. Wholesale Chess will ship replacement or missing items to you using the most economical shipping method available at the time. Please keep the original packaging for inspection by the carrier. Your account will be charged for the replacement item, then you will receive a refund after Wholesale Chess receives the defective item.
What is their return policy?
Returned items must be received by Wholesale Chess in new, unopened, resaleable condition with all boxes, parts, instructions and manuals. All approved returns will be refunded at 100% of the unit purchase price unless restocking charges have been assessed. However, you will not be reimbursed for any shipping or handling charges. If Wholesale Chess ships an item to you for free (free shipping) and you return the item for a refund, the original shipping charges incurred by Wholesale Chess will be deducted from your return amount. They are only responsible for return shipping if they send the same item as a replacement for a defective product. Items returned and unsellable due to use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Wholesale Chess reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% if required.
What is their shipping policy?
Free shipping on orders over $100. Wholesale Chess uses Fed Ex and USPS to provide you with their products. Most orders received by 1:00 PM Mountain Time Monday through Friday ship the same day. If they are unable to ship your order within 2 business days, they will use reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address and/or phone number you have provided. All shipping options available through Wholesale Chess are insured. It may take up to 10 business days to receive packages using standard shipping methods.
