Can I enjoy free shipping at Wholesale Point?
Yes. Free Shipping on orders over $35 is for ground service within the lower 48 states only. It does NOT apply to Hawaii, Alaska, PR, or Canada.
Free Shipping does apply to some items, including, but not limited to, heavier items or items requiring truck or tailgate delivery, or over-sized items. This applies only to commercial loading dock deliveries.
To take advantage of their free shipping, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and continue to the checkout page. Once you reach the shipping options, please select Free Economy Shipping and continue to enter the rest of the required information.
What is the shipping policy?
They take pride in making sure your order gets out quickly. They carefully check every item before shipping and they give extra care to their packaging to make sure every item arrives safely.
Orders normally ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS within 1-2 days when in stock.
Some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer and can take a little longer.
For your convenience, whenever they ship an order, they electronically mail a shipping confirmation notice including the tracking number from UPS, FedEx, USPS, or a local delivery service.
What if I received a defective item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact them immediately.
Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at their discretion, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If there is no exchange or repair they have the right to impose 10 - 20% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item returned.
No refunds or credit will be granted after 14 days. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty will still apply - please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information.
