How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Free Standard Trackable Shipping on US orders over $175 and Free Expedited Trackable Shipping on orders over $299. Priority delivery and express delivery are more likely to attract customs inspections and charges, especially in Canada. Shipping to Mexico may take up to 10 business days.
I bought a custom style, how long does it take to ship?
Custom orders can take up to 4 weeks to ship. All customizations are subject to fabric availability and if for some reason your desired customization cannot be achieved, they will contact you via email to discuss options.
What if I not satisfied with my order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, please return your item in new condition with the label attached and they will gladly exchange or provide you with store credit within 90 days of your order being shipped.
What is the return process?
For the fastest exchange option, simply buy new on their website and note it in the comments section of your order's "Express Exchange". Then please email their customer service team at [email protected] to arrange for the return of your unwanted item.

Remember to include your pickup slip or invoice with your return package along with instructions on any exchange details.
