Does Wildcat Outdoor Gear provide a warranty?

• Items covered by this warranty include suture failures, "air truss" airbags, "air truss" valves and zipper failures. Stitching to attach the ring of stakes to the bottom of the tent is not included.

• Items not covered by manufacturer's warranty: Tent poles, shock cables and spring links are not covered by manufacturer's warranty. These are considered wear and tear items, like car tires.

• Manufacturer's warranty does not cover customer or storm damage. Your warranty may be void if your tent/product is used in conditions/conditions beyond those recommended by them or the manufacturer.

• Wildcat Outdoor Gear sells items with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. They would like to point out that no matter what damage has occurred or why it has occurred, Wildcat Outdoor Gear stands by their customers and will help in any way they can. If they cannot guarantee the damaged product, then they will offer repair, charge a small fee, or give their customer a discount to replace the product.

Can I make a return at Wildcat Outdoor Gear?

• Please notify them of the refund within 14 days. After 14 days, the goods can be exchanged or certificates of exchange. Notify them within 30 days of receipt of any defective goods.

• It is your responsibility to return the goods to them - please inform them before returning any goods

• Additional postage may be required at the time of exchange. Do not attach the label or tape directly to the retail box. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

How many people can they sleep?

They don't classify tents by the number of bodies lying on the floor. They call this the "sardine canning" method. Instead, they call their tent a two-bedroom tent, but you can sleep as many places as you want in a 200+ SF living space. There is plenty of room for gear inside and outside the tent.

How long can they hold the tent without air leaking from the trusses?

They left their tent at the campsite near their lodgings all season. They rarely add air and rarely need to tighten the wire for 4-6 months.

What happens if they puncture a pipe?

There is a patch pack in the package. You can pull the airbag out of the sleeve and repair it in the field which you can't do in a standard tent. You can contact them for a free delivery of a brand new bladder.

How do these tents hold up in the wind?

They can support a tent of their size. The advantage is that they will only bounce when the wind is strong, because when the wind is strong, the pole can break or bend permanently, which can ruin your camping trip.

Is there a floor under the whole tent?

Yes. Their floor is made of 195g polyethylene material, sewn to the tent fabric 8 inches off the ground to help provide extra waterproofing to the bottom of the tent.
