What is the shipping policy?

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. During our peak season shipping processing times can be extended to 3-4 days. Orders are subject to merchandise availability. You will not be charged for any items that are not available. Orders are processed by our warehouse Monday-Friday. Once an order has been placed they cannot change shipping methods, nor can any changes be made to the shipping address. Various carriers are used for package delivery. Deliveries are only made Monday-Friday. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 some shipping methods are being delayed.

What is the return policy?

• Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase ship date.

• Special Occasion and Formal Dresses can be returned within 14 days from the original purchase ship date.

• Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear.

• Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygienic liner attached.

• Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.

• Any items with a discount of more than 30% are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are ALWAYS FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
• Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the package.

How about the refund policy?

• If you return your items via FedEx with the prepaid label and we have verified that they are meeting eligibility standards, the refund minus the $7.95 for the return label will be issued to the original form of payment.

• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

• All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the $7.95 fee of the return label. Returns to their retail stores are free, returns to Happy Returns Return Bars are $4.95.
