Does Wine Cooler Direct use UPS or Fedex?

The ship method uses UPS or Fedex standard ground ship method. The delivery time related to these shipping methods is usually between 3 and 5 working days after the product leaves the warehouse. They can usually arrange expedited delivery for products using this delivery method for the next day, the next day or three days - just call them when you check out or choose expedited delivery (if provided). Before processing the order, you will know how much the expedited freight is.

How to send a tax return?

• They recommend using the original shipping packaging. Follow the instructions provided by the RGA number they sent by email. If you use the prepaid label (PPL) provided by them, please print the ppl, stick it on the outside of the box, and then put your goods in any UPS location. If you do not use the ppl provided by them, please use the operator providing tracking (such as UPS), and remember to provide them with operator and tracking information.

• If your goods will be transported by freight (half truck, LTL, etc.), please repack all items, fix them on the original pallet, and prepare for shipment (they recommend using the packaging of the original goods). Follow the instructions provided by the RGA number they sent by email. Print the BOL they provided by email. 

• Once returned, you have only 30 days to return the product. As a courtesy, they will remind you by email within 20 days before the return expiration date. As their supplier has its own return policy, they urge you to package and deliver within 30 days to avoid delay or refusal of payment.

What should I do if I receive damaged items at Wine Cooler Direct?

• You can return the defective items within 90 days after receiving a full refund. Once the return is set up and returned to their warehouse, they will check it. If the return is considered defective, your account will be refunded in full.

• To qualify for defective returns, one of the following conditions must be met: the project has a defect that hinders the availability of its design purpose, incorrect items received, not equipment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

They need to levy sales tax on goods destined for destinations in the United States and Canada. As of July 1st, 2019, they will levy sales tax in all States of the United States unless they present valid sales and use tax resale certificates before purchase.

Are all your products covered by warranty?

Yes, all products have manufacturer's warranty. They also offer extended service plans for most products. If available, you can select an optional extended warranty plan from the individual product details page or from your shopping cart.

Do they provide nationwide delivery service?

Yes, they have suppliers all over the United States to help us complete their orders to all 48 continental states. At present, they don't ship to Hawaii, Alaska or areas outside the mainland of the United States.

How to check the order status?

After placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will get the order number. It is important to keep the order number for future reference. After the product is shipped, you will receive a second email containing tracking information.
