What is their shipping policy?

U.S. orders and shipping：

• Their products are shipped within 1-3 days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx and DHL.

• All orders include free standard freight and are guaranteed to be delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Military apo/fpo addresses and P.O. boxes may require additional delivery time.

International orders and transportation：

• Their products are shipped within 1-3 days using the following carriers: DHL or the fastest postal service

• Please allow a delivery time of 1-2 weeks

• Depending on the shipping address, additional duties and taxes may be paid before your order is released from customs.

Undeliverable package：

• Most of their carriers try to deliver packages three times. After three attempts at delivery, the package will be discarded or returned to winssy as undeliverable. If this happens, please pass [email protected] Contact them to arrange a reshipment.

What is their return policy?

Customer satisfaction is the primary task of winssy. They have extended the refund policy to 60 days for each customer who tries to buy their products. If you are not satisfied with their products and want to send back a refund, please email them: [email protected] , they will reply you within 3 days.

Return conditions：

• All return applications must be submitted 60 days after your package has been delivered.

• The returned items must be in the unused state and use the original packaging. They will not accept returned items that are not clean, damaged, washed or changed in any way.

Return freight：

• If they send the wrong goods, quality problems or other reasons, and their customer service team accepts them, the return freight shall be borne by winssy.

• For product returns that are not caused by winssy's error, you need to ship the item at your own expense, such as ordering incorrect colors, sizes, products, or just want to exchange.

How to make a return?
