What is their shipping policy?
U.S. orders and shipping:
Their products are shipped within 1-3 days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx and DHL.
All orders include free standard freight and are guaranteed to be delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Military apo/fpo addresses and P.O. boxes may require additional delivery time.
International orders and transportation:
Their products are shipped within 1-3 days using the following carriers: DHL or the fastest postal service

Undeliverable package:
Most of their carriers try to deliver packages three times. After three attempts at delivery, the package will be discarded or returned to winssy as undeliverable. If this happens, please pass [email protected] Contact them to arrange a reshipment.
What is their return policy?
Customer satisfaction is the primary task of winssy. They have extended the refund policy to 60 days for each customer who tries to buy their products. Return conditions:
All return applications must be submitted 60 days after your package has been delivered.
The returned items must be in the unused state and use the original packaging. They will not accept returned items that are not clean, damaged, washed or changed in any way.
Return freight:

How to make a return?
