How much does shipping charge?

• A per address charge of $3.99 will be added to each additional shipping address.

• Shipping volumes are significantly higher than last year due to the Coronavirus. 

• To provide you with timely deliveries and handle the extra volume, their shipping carriers are adding more resources. A $1.59 surcharge per order will be added to help cover these increased operational costs.

How much do I need to pay for an insulated cooler package?

• Ham and Turkey: For freshness and quality, each item arrives in its own insulated cooler (at an additional $9.99 charge).

• Other Meats and Perishable Foods: Their packaging and delivery of meats and fine perishable foods is second to none. Each quick-frozen selection is carefully packed in a double-strength gift box, then nestled in a premium, reusable insulated cooler containing dry ice. One insulated cooler can be used to ship multiple selections to one address, so it is value priced at just $9.99 per address (only for deliveries that include one or more frozen items).

• Please note that frozen and non-frozen items will be shipped separately, so they may arrive a few days apart.

Does Wisconsin Cheeseman offer Expedited and Express Service?

• Yes. For faster delivery, you may choose Expedited or Express Service during checkout. 

• These services are only available on orders for in-stock items delivered within the Continental U.S. 

• The following do not qualify for these shipping options: 1) orders weighing over 30 lbs.; 2) some oversized items; 3) items being shipped direct from the manufacturer; 4) shipments going outside the Continental U.S. (most items sent overseas are already shipped by air).

How to make a change or cancellation to my order?

• If you have a My Account logon account status.

• If you do not have My Account, please sign in:

• From the desktop, hover your mouse over the My Account link and select Order Status.

• With the mobile device, select the menu and select the order status.

• Enter your order number, last name, and billing zip code. Find cancel order or cancel item button. If you can't find the cancel button, just call 866-242-1206 or email them with the order number and tell them what you want to change. You cannot change or cancel an order that has been shipped.

• Please give them 4-6 weeks to process your refund through your original payment.
