What are contained in the shipping box?
Your container should include your jewelry and any protective accessories it needs.
If you want to sell one of their accepted jewellery or watch brands, please send them any boxes or documents you have to help validate the project.
Please note: For non-brand items (those purchased from local jewelers or retailers), do not include any boxes or paperwork when shipping your items. These boxes and documents will not be returned to you.
What does the reserve price mean?
The reserve price is the minimum amount you are willing to sell. After they have evaluated and graded your work, they will provide you with a recommended floor price that will help you decide.
If the bid reaches or exceeds the reserve price during your auction, the bid is binding.
If the reserve price is not reached, you can accept the highest bid or allow your jewelry to be returned to you, fully insured and free of charge.
What is the shipping policy?
Worthy will provide you with prepaid shipping labels and packaging instructions.
They can arrange a free FedEx pickup card for you at your convenience, or you can deliver your package to the FedEx location for free.
Worthy takes on the cost of shipping, and you pay absolutely nothing.
How does worthy work?
The preparation process includes cleaning, photography, and objective third-party grading of your jewelry. FedEx Shipment to their offices is fully insured by insurers at Lloyd’s of London.
Once your piece is ready for auction, you can set the reserve price you’re comfortable with. They then create the auction listing for you and promote it through their buyer network. All you have to do is start your auction and watch the offers roll in.
Shortly after the auction concludes successfully, you will receive the final sale amount minus their fee. Their fee is always a percentage of the price your valuable was sold for.
